Ian is originally from Mechanicsburg, PA. After graduating high school he joined the Marine Corps and served as an 0311. He has always been interested in helping others to hit their health and fitness goals. Ian is NASM certified and excited to help everyone crush their goals!
Roman
Nutrition Consultant
Roman is originally from Anderson, SC. He is currently serving in the Marine Corps Reserves while studying to earn his B.S. in industrial engineering at Clemson University. He competes in powerlifting and is very passionate about health & fitness!
